Near the fork of the branch, where the oldest tree grows, could be something below.
Our History
The history of Arlington is fascinating as you might expect, and likely much more than you thought. We have some interesting stories to tell. Some are being developed, some have already been written by our past citizens, the researchers of Florida history, and everything in between. We have old photos, and some taken within a generation but still not real recent, We also have documents that have the same range. We have an example of a bit of our history from an interview conducted by Cleve Powell. It is a bit of reminiscing by some of Arlington's elder citizens. It is proof of the fascination we hope to be able to reveal as we gear up with our collection of history documents.
